North Tustin is an unincorporated community in Orange County, California, and is distinct from the nearby city of Tustin. As the county’s largest unincorporated area, it spans less than seven square miles but is known for its spacious homes and large residential lots in a suburban setting.

Formerly referred to as the Tustin Foothills, North Tustin includes more than 10,000 homes and is represented by the Foothill Communities Association. The neighborhood developed over several decades and features primarily single-family residences in a wide range of architectural styles. North Tustin is considered an affluent and well-educated community, conveniently located near the cities of Tustin and Orange.
