"Chris was a real pleasure to work with. His staging, photography, and videography style was impeccable and drove a lot of interest over the other units that were for sale in my building. My loft in Downtown Los Angeles also presented its challenges. My unit was technically listed as a 2 bedroom loft but had no walls or partitions to create the 2nd bedroom. I lived in it by myself for 10 years as a single bachelor and never had a need to have a 2nd bedroom but when I listed the unit the buyers were expecting to find two bedrooms and saw only a studio layout.
